Overheard...

“We need to take the land use debate out of the context of specific projects and put it where it belongs--with the people who live and work here.  Reality Check gives us a chance to answer a big question: how does the region grow?  The future is on the table to see, touch, and move around.”
-Patrick Callahan, Reality Check Co-Chair

SEATTLE -- February 22, 2008 -- What if a population mass the size of the entire Portland Metropolitan area moved to King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties?

The question is: Are we ready?

We know we're not -- and it's time for a reality check.
